How To Book
Pop into any of our venues to purchase tickets during box office opening hours, we would love to put a face to the name and it’s a great way to get to know us as well. Don’t forget if you are buying your tickets in the Ffwrnes we have a great cafe that we are sure you will love, it also has FREE wifi. No Booking fee applies.
Seniors - People of State Pensionable age (60+). (identification Required).
As of 01/05/2016 our new lapseat policy applies.
This applies to children 0 – 18 months at the time of the performance who will be charged 50% of a child ticket price and applies to one adult and one child. There is limited availability of 20 seats in the Ffwrnes, 30 seats in the Lyric (stalls only) and 7 seats in the Miners (front row only). Children are up to 16 years of age at the time of the show and will be charged child ticket price. Where child concessions do not apply 50% of a full ticket price will be charged. ‘Lapseat Policy’ applicable only on performances without age restrictions for family friendly performances.
Reservations for group bookings (10+) only. Reservations valid for one calender month. Reservations cannot be made within 7 days of the performance date. A non-refundable 50% deposit will apply.
• Group Tickets (10+ Tickets)
Group leaders who book 10+ tickets must pay for these within 1 calendar month. For example tickets reserved on the 10th August must be paid for by the 10th September. After this time all tickets will go back onto general sale.
Ticket Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds – only for cancelled events.
Exchange of tickets – only within show runs, subject to availability and within 48 hours of the performance.
Resale of original ticket – only if performances are sold out, credit voucher issued on returned tickets
(if sold) and sale of ticket not guaranteed.
All exchanges and re-sale tickets subject to a £1 charge per ticket.
We reserve the right to introduce discounts & special promotions without prior notice.
• Latecomers will only be admitted at a suitable break in the performance.
• Programme and cast are subject to change without prior notice.
• The use of mobile phones or any electronic devices is strictly prohibited.
• Lost tickets can only be replaced subject to proof of purchase.

Deaf & Hard of Hearing
A hearing assistance system is in place throughout the Ffwrnes and Lyric. Limited personal induction loop and audio headset systems are available.
Guide dogs are welcome in all our auditoria. Please inform the Box Office when booking your tickets and they will help you find the most suitable seat.
The Lyric Theatre has designated wheelchair user spaces in the stalls. Wheelchair users at The Miners’ are advised to contact the Duty Officer on arrival. The Ffwrnes has spaces for wheelchair users in both the Main House and Stepni Stiwdio.
