How to find us

The Lyric lies in the old part of Carmarthen town on King Street within walking distance of car parks, the bus station and the train station. King Street is very easy to find when you get to Carmarthen however the Lyric doesn’t give its location away too easily. The frontage of the Lyric is masked by the big beautiful buildings but you will see a small canopy that juts out and that’s where we are. But don’t be fooled, when you get inside it’s a little bit like Dr Who’s Tardis. Below you will see some additional information on how to get to the Lyric:

By Car

From the East: From the M4 follow the A48 towards Carmarthen. As you arrive into Carmarthen bear right and take the 3rd exit signposted A40 (West). At the next roundabout take the first exit and continue to follow sign posts for Town Centre (A484). Once you arrive at the bridge take bear right and head east on the A484 and follow the road until you get to a mini roundabout. Once you get here take the first exit and this will take you to St Peters Car Park which is only a minutes’ walk away from the Lyric.

From Pembrokeshire (West): From St Clares follow the A40 into Carmarthen. As you get to the roundabout keep in the left hand lane and follow signs to the Town Centre (A4242). Go straight ahead at the next two roundabouts, then bear left following signs for A484. Follow the road until you get to a mini roundabout. Once you get here take the first exit and this will take you to St Peters Car Park which is only a minutes’ walk away from the Lyric.

The postcode for the Lyric is SA31 1BD for anyone using a satnav.
